You will want to go as though you are heading to the ghost town of Granite then just before the ghost town (approx. 4.5 miles) you will see a plaque on your right and just past the plaque turn right and go through the old shops and continue S.E. this is the main road and the three access roads will be off this road. The first junction you come to will be a gate on the left and on the right is a parking area and some people have a cabin there. This road to the left will take you to the Canyon lode, August lode, Golden lode and Bulls run. Gate combo 3369
Continue on main road another mile or so to green gate on the right. This is clear cut road and will take you to the Jumbo, Swamp, Western Monster fraction and the Western Monster. Gate combo 5971
Continue on main road another 1/2 mile or so to locked gate on the left and this will take you to Fred Burr claim, Peroria, Compromise and Compromise fraction, Pauline, McCormick an Ester Ann Once through the gate, Fred burr claim is about 1 mile up the road on the right. Gate combo is 5971
These claims are all at about 7000 to 7200 feet in elevation. There is no power for miles but cell service with Verizon is available in this area.
