From Hwy 1 turn left and head East into the town of Philipsburg, go 1 block East of the blinking light and turn Right on Montgomery go up the hill and the road splits, stay left on Rosalina, this is dirt road continue past all the houses and then the road goes up the hill into the trees go another half mile or so and my first sign is on the left. There is a big wooded structure on the left and also one on the right. Just past the old structure on the left is the Imperial lode 2.5 acres for $19,000.

This will have power and good road. Building site is limited.

To get to the Eleven Twenty lode and Lots A,B,& C lady Bryant

Go just past the Imperial lode and there is a junction and road to the right turn right go 100 yards and turn right again. Follow up the hill and go about ¼ mile or so to level area and a large corner. At the corner you are on lot B. just before the corner you will pass the Eleven twenty lode on the right. It has a Northern slop and a small building site created.
