DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO 10 ACRES UPPER WOODCHUCK

Take hwy 93 south to Florence. Turn left on E. side hwy and go approx 1.6 miles and stay left at the corner. Go approx 7/10^th of a mile and turn right on 8 mile rd. go 3 miles and turn left at a gravel road that says Quill Ranch. This is Upper Woodchuck Rd.

Follow the gravel road up the hill at about 1.5 miles there is a pond on the left, continue past and you will see mile marker 2, continue up the road at 2.5 miles there is a fork in the road, stay left and follow road up the hill and around into the trees. Continue through trees and there is a log house on the right continue past log house and road T’s turn left at T, follow road down hill still in the trees road makes a sharp turn to the right and then comes out into the sage brush hillside continue through sage brush and back into the trees road then crosses creek and takes a bend to the left, continue on for about 100 yards and lot is on the left.
