Driving directions to the Highland Chief and the Caledonia 

From Missoula take Hwy 200 East and just past mile marker 15 take a left on Morrison Lane. Go ½ to the “T” and stay left. At 4 miles stay Right at 6.2 miles stay Right at 6.5 miles stay Left at 7 Miles you will be in some ones yard. You really must stop in and let the resident know what your looking for. His name is Tim Burdette. He has lived on the mountain for 15 plus years and his house is right next to the old county road easement so as a courtesy please stop in. 

The Caledonia is 17 acres and is located on the county road in order to get to it you drive between the log house and shop and the road is grassy and narrow. Continue up and around the corner to my sign. List price is $69,500 The GPS coordinates are:

The Highland Chief is 20 acres and you would turn to the left once you get to Tim’s house and then the property is just up the road on the right. It does have Ashby Creek flowing through. Ashby Creek is year around and is approx 3-4 feet wide.
